Return & Exchange Policy
At Addah Clothing, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy.
Return & Exchange Period
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- Original tags must be attached.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging where applicable.
- The item must not be damaged, washed, altered, stained, or otherwise used.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain intimate or personal-use products may not be eligible for return or exchange once opened, worn, or used.
Items purchased during a final sale or clearance promotion may also be non-returnable where clearly stated on the product or sale terms.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item.
We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange an exchange or other appropriate resolution.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange an eligible product for another size, color, or available item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, where applicable.
Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item received from Addah Clothing.
Return Shipping
Unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
